The Waterfront hotel and Marina was obviously not a brand new property, but it was well maintained, clean, and very conveniently located for my purposes. There were plenty of nearby places to eat (or shop, if that's what was important).
I'd consider returning if I ever go back to that area again.

We enjoyed our time at your hotel. Our room was clean and quiet. It does need painting, I have a friend that has a painting company. Contact me if you would like a fair estimate. It’s a slow time of year for them and I bet bet it could be done for a good price. Have a merry Christmas!
