The thing we loved the most is it's location. It's just wow!!!! Overlooking the mountains and the Narshigha Temple, it has a big terrace where you can sit for hours and relax. Green and lush surrounding beautifully decorated with plants. And service by Mr sanjay negi was very good beautiful rooms beautifull place of joshimath

Mr Sanjay singh and his colleague Mr. Neeraj is a gentleman. They both are quite professional and we loved their services. 100% recommended to visit Tattva hotel and restaurant Alpenrose. And very nice place in joshimath and so lovely room

This place is quite close to the heart of the town and at the same time away from the hustle and bustle. I stayed here 3 night, 1 night while going out trek and 2 nights while returning. Since it is located on a hill slope, to access rooms, one has to take one or two flights of stairs. There's no elevator but staff help with the luggage. Rooms are adequate size as one would expect on mountains with cramped space. They are clean, including bath room and bed Lenin. Beds are comfortable. Room has a coffee machine. Some rooms have one sitting arrangement in the varanda in the front and those facing the valley have seating arrangement in the balcony. All rooms have electric kettle and enough drinking water is provided. They have a good restaurant which is reasonably priced and the food is excellent. Staff willingly accomodate special dietary requests. Overall a pleasant experience.

One of the best resort in joshimath, with a beautiful ambience, lovely garden surrounding the cottages, great vire in the outdoor dining area, indoor dining is like nowhere, the food is amazing aswell, the disco place sums up everything, if you are looking a stay in joshimath or auli, this is the best & worth every penny.

Rooms are beautiful with mountain view. Food was perfect and delicious with an amazing view of mountain. They cook fresh food according to your preference. Staff were polite. Overall it was perfect place to stay. Property was also clean Loved the place.

I stayed at Tattva in Joshimath for four days with my family, and it was an exceptional experience. Tattva is undoubtedly the best place to stay in Joshimath. The entire staff was incredibly humble and supportive. I would give the food a 5/5 rating; all the dishes, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, were well-prepared and tasted amazing. I am grateful to the entire Tattva team for making our family vacation a great success. -Gopal Singh

1) The location is excellent. 2) The staff is courteous and polite. 3) The food is good, except Chinese. 4) There is a JIO BTS right next to the property, that poses serious health hazard, and also is an eyesore, as it restricts view of the mountains in the backdrop. 5) The rooms are small, not well maintained, paint is not applied evenly and coming off in patches. Highly disappointed with what we paid vis-à-vis what we got. 7) The bathroom sink hose was damaged and the entire sink water spilled on the floor. 8) The additional cot provides had broken castor wheels, due to which mattress got suspended on one side, causing acute discomfort while sleeping. Very dissatisfied with the room quality !
