To escape 😥 I booked 2 nights, I only spent one in disaster and I'm still traumatized! Unfortunately there was no availability around otherwise I would not have stayed. The reception closes at 7 p.m., having checked in at 6:45 p.m. the time to reach my studio I did not find a pillow or duvet, smell of old furniture, a group of young people who were staying above harassed me and I They refused to reimburse me for the remaining night despite my complaint.

Es gab leider einiges an der Unterkunft, was mich verärgert hat. Um vorab die Anreise abzuklären, war es sehr schwierig, die Unterkunft zu kontaktieren, da diese nur zu sehr eingeschränkten Zeiten erreichbar war. Auch eine Mailadresse war nirgends zu finden, über welche man die Unterkunft hätte kontaktieren können. Nachts hat sich ein fremder Gast in mein Zimmer verirrt. Ich hatte meine Tür abgeschlossen...was soviel heisst, dass scheinbar mehrere Schlüssel zu einem Zimmer passen. :-( Zu guter Letzt, kann ich jedem nur empfehlen, sein Gepäck nicht im Gepäckstauraum vorübergehend zu lassen. Die Tür ist zwar mit einem Zugangscode versehen, jedoch hat das Personal und jeder Gast mit Staugepäck diesen Code. Mir wurden leider sehr wertvolle Kleider aus meinem Koffer in diesem Raum gestohlen. Es ist zwar meine Verantwortung, den Koffer ohne Kofferschloss hinein zu stellen...aber es hätte somit auch sein können, dass das Gepäck komplett entwendet wird. Es ist schade, wie die Menschheit drauf ist. :-( Die Unterkunft ist in meinen Augen nicht vertrauenswürdig und ich würde es somit nicht weiter empfehlen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist in Ordnung. Die Aussicht aus meinem Zimmer mit Meerblick war auch ganz nett. Das ist leider das einzig gute, was ich berichten werde.

the property is in a central position both for the center of Antibes (10-15 min walk) and Juan les pins (10-15 min walk) but located in a residential area a stone's throw from shops and supermarkets.

Clean accommodation but it very old and. Clean, nothing to say. The problem is finding reception. This is not well marked on the site. I had the apartment on the ground floor right next to the exit and the small swimming pool (Lavande residence). Home is in the other Mimosa residence.
