Rosy Suites Hotel

I'll start with the positives: the location is good, 5 minutes to the sea (almost the second line), shops, cafes are all nearby. There is a stove, a refrigerator, a kettle - you can prepare some food. But the kitchen utensils and frying pans are very old and bad. Cons: very dirty, cleaning is not done, it consists of replacing towels and replenishing shampoos and toilet paper. The floor is dirty, they haven't washed it, we checked into a dirty room. All the dishes and forks and spoons were dirty! They didn’t even try to put everything in order before the new guests arrived. Towels - upon arrival, some of the towels were disgustingly dirty, we did not use them. Since there were two of us, for 1 day we used one clean towel for two of us, then they replenished them for us and immediately threw the dirty ones on the floor. Then they brought 3-4 towels, of which 1-2 always turned out to be dirty and stained. We stayed for 3 nights; we didn’t want to stay longer at all and wanted to leave this unkempt, dirty hotel as quickly as possible. I don't recommend it. In the photo there is a beach near the hotel, the sea is wonderful and it brightens everything up!

A hotel that has no other good side except its location. They gave me the top floor in the building opposite the hotel, which also belongs to the hotel. (number 101) If you are not a mountaineer or young, it will be difficult to get up there anyway. There is no elevator, the stairs are narrow and steep. Our room was literally crooked! The section from the door entrance to the window was noticeably slanted. DIRTY AND DISTURBING! The interior of the room was mediocre. The furniture was makeshift, a huge yellow stain inside the wardrobe, gray stains on the dark blue curtain that I thought were *****, The sheets seemed to have holes and tears, and the towels were dirty. Hot water only came after 10 minutes of running. The bidet faucet was also broken. There is a television, but we could not use it because there was no satellite receiver. The next day, upon our objection, they prepared a floor below the upper floor (number 901). It seemed a little cleaner than the upstairs, but we were wrong. There were literally mold stains on the quilts. Breakfast I would definitely not recommend breakfast. Tables are untidy and dirty. The interior of the living room is cramping. We had breakfast once and realized it was a mistake. After that, we chose to eat outside. It's a mediocre place where I don't see any positive aspects except the reception staff and the location. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

The location is nice, there is no parking problem. The hotel has just been renovated, so it is new and clean. The breakfast and the view are beautiful. The owner of the hotel, Mr. Gürkan and his wife, are very sweet people, a complete family hotel. I would like to thank you and the staff.

We stayed at the Rosy Suites hotel for a week. The location of the hotel is perfect; within walking distance of the boulevard and the beach and yet not too busy. There are many restaurants nearby and the hotel is located in a street with shops. The room itself was not very special, but good enough. Cleaning was daily, but could be done a little better. The floor was swept clean, but some sand was regularly left behind, bed linen was not changed daily even though it was dirty. A very big plus is the roof terrace. You can enjoy breakfast here every morning in the sun. Every morning you could have breakfast between 08:30 and 10:30, you got Turkish tea with a platter with all kinds of things you could put on your sandwich. The sea view is beautiful and you can lie by the pool on beach beds. Because the terrace is located high and is only accessible to hotel guests, it was quite private. The staff was friendly. In short, a great hotel to stay in, with a good location and swimming pool.
