As you mentioned, our hotel is located about a 3-minute walk from the East Exit of Kanazawa Station, making it very convenient to move around with luggage, and is therefore highly praised and considered an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. If you would like to have your towels changed during your stay, please place the used towels in the basket in your room and leave the basket outside your door before 11 PM, and we will replace them with new towels for you. If there is any trash in your room, please place the trash can and basket outside your door together, and we will collect it for you. Regarding the low humming sound, although we have not been able to pinpoint the exact cause, our hotel uses a whole-building air conditioning system. While the operating noise in each room is low, the circulating sound may become louder when multiple guests are using the system simultaneously, which may be the cause of the noise. We sincerely apologize for any discomfort caused. Regarding the vending machines and microwave ovens, we have them located on the 8th floor and 2nd floor respectively, and we welcome you to use them on your next stay.
