Very good hotel, nice staff and delicious food. I totally recommend to choose it for stay in Kagoshima

A simple and elegant hot spring hotel. It should have been renovated. It is clean and comfortable overall. The service staff are very friendly and considerate. They are willing to flexibly adjust the breakfast service for guests.

The room is a tatami room. Those who have not experienced it can try it. However, the room I stayed in had a strong smell. The room was big enough, but the worst thing was that the toilet was too smelly. It should be the smell from the sink outside.

There was no advance notice before booking the hotel, and the hot spring tax was forcibly collected when checking in. Whether to choose the hot spring facilities or not, there is a charge of ¥150 per person. The parking fee is quite expensive ¥1100/night. The hotel facilities are aging and the service attitude is very poor.

One of the few hotels with hot springs in Kagoshima is cheap, and the rooms are very large. They are all traditional Japanese-style rooms made of tatami mats, which are enough to sleep four people, but they have floor beds.
