Clean, Helpfull, Location was perfect for us. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. And a nice private parking. We could put the bikes up front and the breakfast was great to.

1. The air conditioner in the room we stayed in was not working. The waiter was very perfunctory on the first day and brought us an electric fan. Good business hotel very well located on the freeway. But also close enough to all the important ones. Localities in kaiserautrn can be reached quickly and easily. Parking in the hotel's own car park directly in front of the hotel costs 5 euros per night. Unfortunately no charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. A bit of a shame and very short-sighted, especially since the hotel is quite new. The rooms are functional and very clean and the reception is open 24 hours
