Stayed in city inn hotel. House keeping is not up to the mark. Room service staff is not available for my 3days stay in this hotel. Break fast told as buffet system during booking. Only two or three types of break fast available with limited staff.

Reasons:
poor response at front desk. 2)no lounge facility was provided for drivers. 3)room service was lethargic. 4)approach towards tourists was very casual and dry.
