Ευρύχωρο, ιδανικό για φοιτητές, σε πολύ ωραία θέση στο κέντρο της Καλαμάτας.. Άριστη συμπεριφορά με τον ιδιοκτήτη, μου εξήγησε τα πάντα και ότι χρειάζομαι ήταν εκεί για εμένα.. Ο χορός δεν είναι μεγάλος αλλά είναι ιδανικός αν είσαι φοιτητής και θέλεις μόνο ένα σπίτι για να κοιμηθείς και να μην πληρώσεις και πολλά λεφτά..
