Melody Studios Faliraki

Our stay was just for 1 night as we were traveling around Rhodos, but we were pleased by it. We could check in in advance as our room was ready, communication and willingness form owners side was excellent. Apartment is spacious and cozy, clean and with lovely balcony.

From the moment i got there i felt unwelcome and uncomfortably, ive felt more welcome in hostels and bnb's i wouldnt be booking to stay here again, the room wasnt clean i asked for clean towels mid stay and was given 2 dirty ones and when questioned i was told there clean 🙃 brown dirty stains and make up all over them over grown dirty pool area

Owner couldn't do enough for us and will definitely be returning!

We came from another hotel for an 11 night stay at Melody Studios, we arrived early hoping to check in before 3pm but unfortunately the room was not ready but the owner allowed us to put our suitcases in the room anyway so that we didn't have to carry them around for a few hours which was very nice of him. He also gave us a thorough walk through/check in of how everything works and some little tips on the rooms. The location is next to a busy main road but this wasn't really a problem for us at all, the occasional motorbike riding past but it did make it easier for public transport in to Rhodes and its a short walk to the main High Street area of Faliraki and only a 10minute walk to the beach! There is a small shop nearby for pretty much everything you need. The room itself did have a few snags, the beds were quite solid and uncomfortable. The drawers on the bedside cabinets were also broken, the TV had some weird stains on it but we never used it anyway, the air conditioning filters were caked in grime.. The pool area was nice however a lot of the wooden sunbeds were broken and just left there. Plenty of cats about which were friendly. The pool bar was alright, not sure how hygienic it was though as a lot of the area was visibly dirty and cats would roam around, the food was a decent standard though and the drinks prices were fairly reasonable. Overall, I probably would stay here again based on value for money and the location.

For a 2 Star place then this is excellent when compared against other 2 stars. Spotlessly clean, good storage space, decent bathroom, friendly staff, a good pool and a good location. It does have a bit of road noise, but it’s 2 star so you need to remember that. 4 Adults & 4 children in 4 rooms and all rooms were just as good as the others so it has continuity. I would definitely stay again, 110%

Lovely Melody Studios appartments. Funky qwirky seating areas, nice bar,reasonably priced food and drink. Lovely pool area with plenty of in the sun and shade areas . Welcomming staff. However are price included air con when we got there they elderly gentleman would not let us have air con unless we paid him 7 euros per night per room. This meant it would have been nearly 50 euros extra for what was included in our price. The room was unbearablly hot and was close to a road which was loud day and night, it was like been at the side of they M1. Although we enjoyed our holiday would never go in July without aircon again.
