The hotel accepts non-Japanese people, and its attitude needs to be improved. Because the large bathhouse is under maintenance, we are provided with a hot spring bath for us to use. It is a 15-minute walk from the station to the hotel. Unfortunately, dinner is not provided. The Yamagata beef that I wanted most is not provided. 家族での利用でした。外国人スタッフが多かったです。 皆さん接客も素晴らしかったです。チェックインの時に貸切風呂の予約もできて、子供用に花火をプレゼントしてくれて、駐車場の一角で花火が出来る場所があり、ライターも貸し出ししてくれて楽しめました。チェックイン時に居たスタッフの方が、食事会場にも居て、よく働くなぁと感心しました。
食事も大変美味しかったですが、ボリューミーで子供はかなり残してしまいました。
また、オールインクルーシブが最高で、ジュースやアルコールがラウンジで飲み放題でした。
ぜひまた利用したいです。
朝食はバイキング形式で好みのものが多く満足でした。 スタッフの方もオススメなど声掛けしてくださいました。 朝風呂は7階の大浴場へ。 洗い場から浴槽まで畳のような素材になっており、子供も滑る心配がなく良かったです。 廊下に無料で使えるマッサージチェアがありました。 最高でした。フロントではけん玉やかるたなど貸し出ししているようでした。 漫画コーナーもあり、部屋まで持っていけます。
子供たちはチェックアウトの時間になっても帰りたくないというほど気に入った様子でした。
