The room was spacious, clean and lovely.
The front desk staff, restaurant staff and shuttle bus driver were all very nice and helpful!
Only bath towels are provided, no face towels.
The hotel has a pool, gym and coin laundry, which is convenient.
You can often hear children having fun in the pool early in the morning.
As there are many children staying here, I would not recommend this hotel for those looking for a quiet stay.
The room was clean, but some places had a moldy smell.
I think it is a very good hotel, as you can stay at this price and they also provide free airport shuttle service.

There is a swimming pool inside, and the staff is friendly. There is an amusement park nearby, so I used this accommodation. Most other travelers said they stayed at this accommodation before staying at the Empire Brunei Hotel. Although the interior is old, I think this price is good value for money in Brunei. You can take bus number 55 from the BSB bus terminal and get off right in front of the accommodation for just 1 Brunei dollar.
In particular, there was a free shuttle service to the airport on the last day, which was really nice.

overall was okay, asked for prayer mat but none of them understand end up we didn't receive any, they're not local. room so old, carpet dirty, they really need to do some maintenance upgrade. will I stay here again? NO.

Female and solo. I feel safe. Bonus point, they have self-service laundry. I left something also & they keep it safe till I come back
