Kanazawa Hotels with Bars

The hotel was conveniently located right next to the train station, making the access such a breeze. There's a distance from the popular tourist spots but those can be easily accessed by bus or walk. Rooms are well laid out with plenty of space. I can see that this hotel targets long-stay guests therefore some rooms are equipped with a microwave. We experienced a mild earthquake during our stay (Magnitude 3) and we felt safe in our room. Overall the stay was pleasant and I would recommend anyone travelling to Kanazawa to stay here.

Hyatt Centric Kanazawa located next to Kanazawa Train station. Very suitable and convenient for tourists especially those who travel from Tokyo and Osaka by Sinkabsen. Beside Hyatt Centric there are various shopping malls such as Cross Gate and Rinto. There are many eateries in the malls and nearby convenient stores such as 7 Eleven and Lawson make the hotel very convenient. Not far way from the hotel (about 2-3Km), there is a Fish Market, Omicho Market. Fresh seafoods are available, nice with reasonable price. The hotel has very soothing environment which blends well with natural wood color. Overall is a very good stay.

Hotel is very conveniently located next to the Kanazawa station. The whole path from the station to the hotel is covered from the rain. Room was nice, had everything, what can be expected. Although its old age is showing a little on the furniture. Overall service was excellent.

This hotel was a surprise. The only drawback is that it is a little far from Kanazawa Station, about a 15-minute walk, and it does not have a large bathroom. But behind it is the main scenic spot of Kanazawa, and next to it is the big market, with many restaurants and supermarkets around. The hotel should be old and newly renovated, with reasonable room layout, equipped with bathtub, comfortable experience, hygienic and clean. The service is very enthusiastic. There is tea and coffee in the lobby, and free soba noodles in the evening. The service is that of a traditional Japanese hotel. The room type with a terrace is very casual. This is a surprise after staying in many Japanese-style business hotels. The price/performance ratio is also very good. Recommended booking

”An old five-star hotel next to Kanazawa Ancient Castle” The hotel is located in a quiet location, next to Kanazawa Castle Park, the largest park in Kanazawa. Kanazawa's public transportation is not very developed, and there are not many tram lines. It is more convenient to arrive at the hotel by taking the hotel's own shuttle bus. There are 5 buses starting from 10:50 a day, and the last bus is at 16:20. It costs about 1,000 yen to take a taxi. The distance is not far and it is not expensive. From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the hotel's sense of history. The decoration is more Western-style and low-key and luxurious. The hotel has only 6 floors in total. We live on the executive floor on the 6th floor, and we are given a drink and breakfast for each person in the afternoon. The hotel service staff has a good attitude, which is a typical Japanese service. On rainy days, someone will send and collect umbrellas. The English level is acceptable and can communicate basically. There is a public hot spring on the first floor of the hotel. The male pool is not large and can accommodate several people, but fortunately there don't seem to be many people. This hotel does not exchange male and female baths, so you can only experience one.

This hotel is located right in the downtown area. It is close to both Kenrokuen and Kanazawa Castle, and is connected to a department store underground. Parking is busy, so it is recommended to use a nearby parking lot.

Hotel is in a great location, across from Omicho market, above a department store, nearby a bus stop and less than 15min by foot to the train station. The room was adequate, a compact bathroom, simply had all necessities. I like the different pillow types, you can use the soft one, the firm one, or both! The towel was hand towel size but I think it’s efficient in a way, just perfect for the rack designed for it. I was comparing it to the bath mat and that was when I found a hair that didn’t belong to me. The view out was nice, as was the lounge at the same floor as the front desk. It had free drinks like coffee, juice in the evening period.

The hotel was just next to kanazawa station. You can take bus there to nearby spots There is a mall next to the hotel where you can buy fashionable clothes. The hotel was clean and room was not small. Breakfast was good. The price of their dinner set was also reasonable though we didnt dine in.

Very design hotel, shared space on the 3rd and 5th floors, worth staying

The positive reviews are real! We're very glad to have stayed here and would recommend this hotel without hesitation. First off, the buffett breakfast is amazing: it offers local Kanazawan fare to standard Japanese favourites like tempura, sushi and sashimi to ubiquitous American breakfast offerings like sausages, bacon and a wide choice of eggs. Fancy sparkling wine for breakfast? They're available as well! Secondly, great location. 3 mins walk to Omichi market, 10 mins to Kanazawa castle, 10 mins to Higashi Chaya, 20 mins to Nagamachi District. Honestly, Kanazawa is such a walkable town, you are always able to walk from one attraction to the next. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus from mid-morning to late afternoon that runs to Kanazawa station and back. Rooms are well-appointed, large by Japanese standards and there's even a bathtub. Two thumbs up!
