Hotel Kanazawa Reviews

The hotel is located just beside Kanazawa JR station. We book 2ppl room x2 with breakfast. The price is very good value for stay. Even though the room is a little small but everything are well equip. The room is clean, comfortable, the toilet is clean and equipped with necessary items. Indeed we are very happy staying in this hotel as their service is very good. Smaller room is not an issue as it is understandable in Japan. Still we have a nice + comfort sleep. The most important factor is that this hotel is located just beside the JR station, which is EXTREME CONVENIENT to go any tourist sports in Kanazawa by bus/train. Strongly recommended this hotel for those who come with senior/kids. Hotel front desk personnel is polite and helpful. Thumbs up! Take note that air condition during our traveling period (early March 2024) is controlled by main hotel, only keep warm (as heater) as outside is very cold. You cannot adjust it during this period. We just open the window if the room is too hot and keeping air circulated. The breakfast is good. We preferred roasted pork as the main dish of the breakfast as we found this to be most delicious. Other side dishes of breakfast is buffet style with regular bread and Japanese food which is good as well.

Very nice location and service

Exit the east exit of Kanazawa Station and walk about 200 meters towards the city. It is on the left. The transportation is really convenient. If you have a lot of luggage, this is the first choice. From current experience, hotels in Japan that allow smoking are basically a bit old, but the rooms and location are generally good. The hotel also has traditional Japanese natto and miso soup for breakfast! I will choose it next time!

The hotel is located next to the bus station. The room facilities are a bit old, but the room is relatively large. You can buy a one-day transportation ticket for your visit. It is recommended to start from Kenrokuen Garden

It had the best value for money, the best location, and breakfast that matched the price range. I also liked the fact that they provided yukatas and drip tea for the room. The size of the room was also very satisfactory considering the price, and it was very close to Kanazawa Station. I will definitely use it again if I visit Kanazawa in the future.

I like this hotel very much. The location is very good, right next to the station. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the service staff are great. The CP value is high. I will stay again if I have the opportunity~

It's close to the station so you can get there without getting wet in the rain. The room is very clean. The front desk staff was very kind. The only drawback is that the Wi-Fi doesn't work at all. I have a pocket Wi-Fi so it doesn't bother me at all, but I think it's very inconvenient for travelers from overseas. There was another incident, I think, where the electric kettle leaked water from the bottom, which was a little scary because I was at risk of getting electrocuted. I think it was probably due to aging. Overall it was good so I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

Very close to the station. 1 minute walk from JR station east exit, next to bus terminal & taxi pool, 2 minutes walk from bicycle rental. A spacious hotel with a relaxed and local atmosphere. We were given a 1-day pass to various cultural facilities in the city. The staff were not formal, but humane and flexible.

The sanitation is very good, and the business room is not too big. It is safe and quiet, and the location is close to the train station, which is very convenient for travel. There happened to be an earthquake the next morning, but it was only a slight tremor and it returned to normal immediately.

When I tried to leave my luggage before check-in, I was told it was ready so I was able to enter my room a little early. It was a shame that I had bought a one-day bus pass without realizing it was included. The room was clean and I have no complaints.

The location is extremely good, right next to the exit of Kanazawa Station, and the transportation is also convenient. You can see the Tsumugi Gate from the room. The room is large enough, fully equipped and even has a coffee machine. It is very cost-effective. It rained in Kanazawa, so I borrowed an umbrella from the front desk and agreed to check out one hour later, which is very humane.

I use this hotel when I'm on a business trip, and I'm very satisfied with the location and clean rooms. It's a shame that the price goes up and down quite a bit depending on the period.
