”I've stayed in this wonderful hotel during my short trip to kanchipuram.the properties provides great value for money. Services rendered by the hotel staff members are excellent. They're very helpful. The location of the property is very good The room are very clean and tidy. The housekeeping and front office are very help ful too Food test was very good Thank you *Sathyam grand resort* for making my stay memorable...!!!

Good Hotel and Easy to go other location

Staff courteous room overlooked pool and beach and was very clean. Thank you! Staff in restaurant very busy and it was difficult to get attention sometimes. First meal we had was not a good experience but this was handled well and chef prepared a lovely meal next night and waiter was very attentive. Location and setting cannot be faulted it was very relaxing and beach was deserted! Will go back for longer stay next time and explore surrounding areas.

Really enjoyed my stay! The hotel felt a little bit dated but the excellent service and food more than made up for it. We had a warm welcome from Amit, Paul, Suresh, Yaneshi, Raj and another concierge team member who I unfortunately did not get the name of (he gave an excellent meal recommendation for our day out to Mahabalipuram where we had the best aloo gobi!). On our first day, we had lunch at The Melting Pot, and had an amazing prawn curry that I'm still thinking about till today. We heard of the excellent lunch buffet deal but unfortunately, did not have time or room in our stomachs to enjoy it. Had a spa treatment which was relaxing, and then wanted to have dinner at Kokkomo but unfortunately the weather was not agreeable. We brought it back to our room instead. Sleep was great through the stay! The room was spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed playing carrom in the rec centre, which was a little small but sufficient. The hotel also does a daily tea time that is complimentary for hotel guests which was lovely. The team assisted with arranging for a driver for a half day tour of Mahabalipuram. Velu was absolutely lovely and brought us to the key sights as well as the restaurant which was recommended. We got to talking, and he asked if we would be interested in bringing home spices, so he created this extremely fun experience for us, where he bought the various spices and brought us to the grinder's. It was completely unplanned and spontaneous, but a really special experience that honestly made our trip! Through the stay, we found the team to be authentic and warm. They truly made the stay an amazing memory. The hotel does need a little update, but the team alone is well-worth the visit!

Rooms are very neat and clean. Staff very cordial in their behavior. No proper ventilation in the room There is a window facing a building about 4 ft away ..parking of cars is problem as basement parking can at best accommodate 4 cars. and the area in front of the hotel can hold 3 cars but as the vegetarian restaurant UPASANA is very popular and so you may get parking only at night. Complimentary breakfast is not there if you book online. Room service is very prompt and they serve excellent vegetarian food. Centrally located and good for a day/s stay.

Stayed at this hotel from 27-29th Januray 2024. Rooms and the linen were very clean, toiletries and one bottle of water were provided. Electric kettle also was available upon request. Staff at the reception were very courteous and helpful. The vegetarian restaurant at the ground level ”Sai Sankeeth” was very good and clean. We enjoyed meals and tiffin also. We came to know about The Paradise from Trip Adviser Reviews and thank you.

Excellent hotel. The maintenance is very good. Good staff and nice customer service. Very happy to choose this lodge.

Loved the stay. Staff and service are excellent and reliably great. The location is right in the middle of the town in a main thorough fare, in close proximity to the Temples for those who visit on a pilgrimage to Kanchipuram. The access to the location though, as also visibility from the road leaves room for improvement. Food was delicious and great, and the free breakfast had an elaborate big spread. The courtesy of the staff who are always checking up on you and asking you how's your stay and dining experience deserves a special mention. All in all, a great facility to have in Kanchipuram that makes staying there comfortable and worry free.

It is very pleasant stay at this hotel. No noises and disturbance from surroundings. Ample car parking space. Rooms very spacious, nee t and clean. Toilets are also very well maintained. Hotel location is reachable to all pilgrimage spots within a span of 10 to 15 min drive. Hotel staff are very courteous and helpful. Food at hotel is tasty and authentic. Transport facility also available. Best hotel for families with budget it is excellent and highly recommend.
