Good Hospitality, excellent interiors, clean and well maintained, friendly staff, stay was pleasant, The bathroom is very clean and neat and has excellent hot water service, It is a unique quiet place, well air conditioned, staffs are polite and helpful

Excellent Property and Good Service..One of the standout features of Hotel is its impressive swimming pool. The pool area is well-maintained, offering a serene and relaxing environment. Whether I wanted to take a refreshing dip after a day of exploring or simply lounge by the poolside, the area provided the perfect retreat.

Very luxurious hotel, staffs were very polite, breakfast, lunch and dinner was exordinary.. Paneer Tikka was delicious , very hygiene. Front office staffs guided us from the day one until we checked out. Swimming pool on the terrace was nice

I may be behind in writing this review, I must admit I had an excellent stay at this hotel. As a lone visitor from Chicago, I had no idea that Kanchipuram would have such a lovely hotel. Everything about it is amazing, from the front desk to the chef. For his cuisine, Chef Chandan Singh merits a lot of praise. Dinner and lunch were fantastic. He adjusts his cooking to suit the guests' preferences. Satisfying everyone is a difficult chore, but he is doing a fantastic job at it. I just had the morning breakfast, which was excellent. Chef Raman from Kumbakonam did a terrific job. It was a typical breakfast in south India. Don't miss the sambar, vadai, pongal, and tomato-coconut chutney. The front desk staff was impressive. To assist me, they went above and beyond. The tour operator botched up my flight back to Chennai. Although my booking is not with them, the booking website sent me a confirmation and did not care to resolve my problem. The front desk staff helped me out by taking matters into their own hands and solving the problem. Even at a five-star hotel where I paid US $200 per night, I never received this kind of treatment. Bravo to the night workers as well as those two women. Choose this hotel, people—you won't regret it. There are five to ten kilometers between each temple.

The hotel was a nightmare! The condition of the room was terrible and the bathroom was beyond terrible. The location was very difficult as well. If you are here to visit the temple, this is not convenient at all. No UBER or taxi service in this location.

Stayed here for 6 days. it was one of the best value for money Hotel. The rooms are spacious, well maintained and comfortable. Staff behaviour is very polite. Easy accessible location. Very satisfied with my stay. Huge car and bike parking area available. The restaurant serves up excellent food. Special Thanks to Pinki & Team for the hospitality.

We liked the service provided by front office and room service the disappointing thing is room sevice the momment we orderd food was delivered bit late,. We requested a addictional of rice for room 303 . Room service not responded Called front office staff Hari politely spoken about the hotel policy even didnt liked the serve of restarunt but they way he handled was terrific and apologized in the morning in a good manner We like the service of explanation to the situation and way he handled team front office hari apologized for concerns happened Keepu up the good work With regards Swapnil more and family 303/309
