As we went into the room it was good but got to know about poor bathroom maintenance and there is literally no light in bathroom and they said and moved away no attempt to even look into it

Reached on 10th july 2022 morning. Checked in. The room was full of dust on the table and other places. Bathroom was not clean. Even the toilet bowl was stained. Mug was broken. Checked out by 8. 30 on 11 th.

There is no intercom system there is no ac remote for the hotel. No drinking water if you have bottles they will fill and give

We checked in night 1AM with my family . I have a 9 months old baby . There were cockroach coming out of bathroom. I couldn't sleep over night as I had to take care of my baby from insects . We had to stay there as it was midnight and also prebooked with full payment the only good part is geyser working in Condition and bed .

1. Western commode but no faucet. 2. Too many mosquitos but the hotel didn’t provide mosquito liquid so i couldn’t sleep properly. 3. Bathing shower was not working. 4. Many times the ac power off automatically, after so many complaints no response. 5. If you don't ask hotel will not provide soap, towels etc basic amenities. . 6. Yes, it is heritage but not for staying. Even though the doormat is too filthy i had to tell the hotel to change the doormat. 7. Only one mug in the bathroom i don't know whether it is for use with the commode or bathing.
