We had an excellent stay with a nice breakfast at the fairfield by marriott hotel. The staff was well prepared and we didn't have any unnecessary waiting both at check-in and check-out. The room was very nice with all the essentials provided.

Had reserved a Superior room and made the payment. But when the guest arrived at the Hotel, he was denied the room saying reservation is not there inspite having a confirmation. The Hotel has later given a room which was not good and told that it is the last room available in their Hotel. Our Guest was really upset and disappointed the way the whole thing was handled. Infact, informed the concerned relationship manager and he assured his team will resolve the issue but nothing actually was done.

It was a good experience staying at marriott hotel. Rooms are very small and wash room too. It is not recommended for family stay.

It was not upto the standard of a fairfield hotel. The lobby was dirty and looks like it has not been cleaned in a long time. The room was too small and did not have proper maintenance. The flooring was not proper and has worn out. The furniture is also not repaired. The shower was full of rust and the basin had water logging. Overall very disappointed with the stay.
