Very poor services inside resort. Even for a water bottle I waited 1hour & got it after 3 reminders to Room service. In restaurant, the serving executives were not organized well. Got tired on reminding everything we ordered. I need to tell 3 fellows everytime to get my orders. Above all , the food cost soooo expensive. For one onion pakoda plate ( normal quantity) and 3 tea , they charge Rs.873 Inc. Tax. It was not a good Stay and comfortable stay due to above issues. There are other resorts who served better for lesser than this tariff. One plus point just here is , it has its own private beach but infact even those area was not cleaned enough.

we went as family for dinner. Had buffet dinner. place is near the beach. nice service by sujatha. Services overall is good. pleasant evening spent with family. lot of food variety. having food near beach listening to sound is always a great experience

We had Gud experience in room ,food and we had nice take care of babies where we get milk till late night which was very useful Much recommended and we had Gud stay experience and morning breakfast we had many choices which is also much recommended

Great experience in a closed space since weather was not favorable for outdoor team activities. We were given Pearl Harbor 1 which can accomodate around 75 people (theatre capacity 250) for team related activities. Food is really good with a variety of veg and non veg. Snacks and Coffee could have been better. During power disruptions it took a while 10-15 mins to get the power back. Rajiv (our poc for the day) was helpful in arranging things as per our need..thanks Rajiv..

We had a great time during our visit to mgm resort. All the staffs were very much helpfull. Especially at seacrest the staffs were extremely helpful, Mr. Rajesh, Mr. Arjun, , Mr. Sallaudin, Ms. Kahi ms.mamota ms. Pronomi,Mr.subendra Mr. Robert ms shikha ms. Aparjitha all of them made our stay wonderfull, definitely recomend this place to all.

I stayed at MGM Resort with my group from 11 to 12 Nov. 2024 and we were mesmerised by the overall experience. It’s a great beachfront resort with a beautiful swimming and many other activities. The highlight of our stay was mouthwatering food that we enjoyed at Sea Crest Restaurant and I wanted to specially thank Mr. Rajesh who is the Restaurant Manager for his great hospitality.

We are the team of 20 people french group. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambience in MGM beach resorts. And Food was excellent. Specially service made wow by Mr. Rajesh and team well taken care. Spl thanks to sangita, sujatha, lipsa, kahi, Sallu. Room is good
