This is our second visit to this hotel this year and we will always stay here when visiting Kandy. Excellent hotel with great food, personalized service, extremely friendly staff, clean and big rooms with great views. Great team taking care of the hospitality industry well so the guests will keep returning to this wonderful location. Cheers to Earl Gunasekara and his super team at this hotel.

Great service. A 3 star hotel that has the attempted services of 4 or 5. Rooms are a very great value. Clean and has everything you need. Restaurant and bar are a bit overpriced and distance to central Kandy is far if that is a concern.

Kandy is a mountain town, and the houses are basically built against the mountains. This hotel is actually like a resort. It is by the river. There are no attractions or residents nearby. The river is flowing fast, the flowers are fragrant, the birds are singing, and the sound is quite lively. At night, it was pitch dark near the hotel, and it was at least three kilometers away to find a small supermarket to buy anything. The accommodation building seems to be on the third or fourth floors. There is a small swimming pool in the garden. Sitting on the balcony, you can see the green mountain and garden views. I went out for a walk early in the morning and took pictures with my mobile phone of twenty different kinds of flowers! The only drawback is that the facilities in the room are relatively old.

Very bad hotel with no basic facilities! The quality of the service staff is low and they have no service concept at all. Strongly despise this hotel! The price/performance ratio is super low, I can’t live there! ! !

Not bad, but the location is very remote

It was a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent and the rooms are quite good. A large variety of veg and non-veg dishes catering to every type of taste bud are served but all in the dining room. Askin room service for service like providing drinking water in the room is bluntly ignored.

St.Anthony's college kandy batch of 99 had our 25,anniversary celebration at the hotel main ballroom . It was an very glamorous as well as a successful event for us. Part of its success was due to the kind hospitable service extended to us from the point of initial discussion all the way to the end. It was a blessing to me and the organising team to have our plan executed the way we want, thanks to the Banquet manager Mr. Sudesh for his unstinted support. With his good nature we were well accommodated with all our requests. The captain Mr.Basnayaka, the head chef him was outstanding. Friendly service, flexible payment plan, were additional benefits we got other than the healthy tasty Food. Kudos to the management and its team at Earls Regency kandy .

Sachi Eranga has given us a good service of picking up and dropping my luggage. He is very helpful and interactive. Besides that, all the staff members working here are also very cooperative, helpful, loving and kind. The service is excellent too.

It was excellent to visit your hotel the hospitality was too good. The ambience is great with good food. The entire team was kind enough to serve to the best of their abilities. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to visit the place soon.

I visited this place this may with my family and it was a quite nice experience. Everything was best including food and accommodation. Their smiles and behaviour is what made me feel like I’m at home. Chalaani and Bhagya from front office gave us a really warm welcome and Sachi from bell desk was always happy and warm with us too. We will revisit the place sooner. Thank u regent family for the wonderful cozy experience.
