Staff were friendly, caring and helpful. Especially, Ashan, who was attentive and went out of his way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Fresh towels given each day and rooms cleaned daily. Room included the following amenities, free wifi, toiletries, safe, air conditioning, complementary bottled water. Hotel in a convenient location; 15 minutes from Kandy railway station. Nearby attractions include Kandy Lake (5 minutes -walking distance) and The temple of the sacred Tooth Relic (10 minutes -walking distance)

Great cafe. Nice food, especially if you're after a change from rice, though they have that too. The place was clean. Super friendly service which is the main teason Im writing this review. Recommend the club sandwich. Will come back if I'm in the area.

We stayed here for one night before catching the train to Ella. Very convenient location as close to the train station and the main sights in Kandy. Rooms are very basic but it does the job (although no fridge!). The staff were really lovely- special thanks to Pubusera for making it a memorable stay. The food in the hotel restaurant was nice too. Would recommend!

This hotel provides a nice breakfast but overall the room is very dated, the aircon leaked and so did the taps. We did have someone look at the aircon but were told to keep it on a higher temperature to resolve the issue but the water was not cleaned up. However, the worst thing about this hotel was the noise throughout the night, there is a sign or loose bit of cladding/roofing that constantly bangs. This is in a good location to visit the Temple of the Tooth and have a walk around Kandy. The staff were pleasant but had one person with a bit of an attitude unnecessarily.

I had done my booking through a well known "booking" website months in advance just to make sure I would have a room during the Perahera. However, a few weeks before, the hotel found it better just to cancel my booking, most likely because I had booked for a reasonable fare months in advance. They cancelled my room and put it back available for nearly 4 times the rate ! You have been warned.

This is a really nice, little hotel right in the town center of Kandy. We had a room without windows, but since we were only sleeping in the room it didn't really matter to us and we didn't hear any noise from the streets. The staff is very helpful and tried to make everything possible. The room was also really clean and the price is good!

Stayed for two mights overall. Room on first floor behind the lift was quiet. Had a frdige and a safe.Modern bathroom no Wifi in the room. Wifi in the corridor or downstairs. Breakfast was Western , eggs and toast. Staff helped me leave at 04:30 by coming down and opening the shutters.

Service is super stuff is friendly and the location is pretty great center of Kandy city. Café is clean and calm place great place to hangout with friends and family. Time to prepare food take some time. Sea food was worth the price happy with my experience at café aroma inn

Very convenient and affordable place in the city centre. Even though I got to stay there only for a few hours, it was a comfortable stay. Good sized room with good amenities. I have already recommended this place to a few friends who were visiting Kandy.

I recommend this place .they make delicious latte and coffee here .kohilan is a very nice and pleasant person. The cafe is a very clean and nice place .In addition to coffee, cafe aroma is wonderful place ,come,will not regret.

Very nice of staff to let me check in early when I arrived at 9AM. Room is comfortable and clean. A/C, kettle with coffee/tea supplies, hair dryer provided. No windows but one of the walls was floor to ceiling glass looking out into the hallway which I found weird. There’s privacy curtains but still a little off putting. Poor sound proofing but other guests and staff kept noise to a minimum. There’s a large balcony in my floor towards the front for lounging, smoking, eating. A safe was in the room but it was locked so I didn’t use it. The location is a huge plus. Right in the middle of Kandy—walking distance to train station, lake, Sri Dalada Maligawa, Cargills, numerous restaurants.
