Jolie vue belle piscine personnel très sympa souriante sur tout la directrice de réception est très agréable elle s’engage pour ses clients et fait ses taff correctement, hôtel est propre mais le bémol les fournitures sont très usés et ont besoin une touche : lit fait énormément de bruit, salle de bain aussi a besoin des petits réparation par si par la . Cas même c’est raisonnable car cuisine est très bien et le personnel s’engage assez fort. Nous avons passé 3 nuits, grâce les personnels c’était très sympa. Propriétaire de l’hôtel doit s’engager comme ses staff!! Merci encore

Hôtel propre et calme. Accès compliquer en voiture ou bus. Lit d'appoint de très mauvaise qualité. Un simple matelas posé sur une armature en fer. Impossible de dormir dessus. Il a fallut ajouter des couverture sous le matelas pour ne pas sentir la ferraille. Très belle vue mais c'est tout. Pas de buffet au petit déjeuner ni au diner, un menu est proposer et les temps d'attente sont interminables alors qu'il n'y avait presque personne au restaurant. Par contre, personnel super sympa.

Friendly helpful staff for whom nothing was a problem. Dietary issues were well catered to and the Chef checked that I was happy with what was provided. A packed dinner was provided for our outing. Isuru was friendly and we had a discussion on Sri Lankan culture.

Nos hemos alojado en este hotel y no podemos estar más encantados con el personal, sobre todo con isuru y con thushara, nos han hecho la estancia muy amena y acogedora, no a faltado detalle por parte del personal, sin duda lo recomiendo 100%. Detalles con fruta y flores y la comida excepcional

It's Remarkable day for us In 19th June 2024 unforgettable experience Specially my Kind Remembering for F&B Maneger Mr.Sachitha done Amezing Arrengments for our day to Success from Beginning to End without your Support can't succeed the event & Chef I forgot his name but I have attached their pictures upon the Picture attachments.other Team who were staying with Us During all the time we had Lovely Celebrations, Food was Marvelous its beyond the 5 star hotels comeperiing to other Randoli No words for you .Housekeeping Did Beautiful bed Arrengmenŕts.there Services are Excellent. Overall it's Exceptional service & Fabulous. Thank you Team Good luck All.

this was a very bad experience, the staff was unbothered to help you , the rooms were dirty and the AC didn’t work i changed rooms twice still same issues , and when you try to contact the front desk they will not answer. the only thing is good about this hotel was the view

We went to Randholee Resort & Spa during the last weekend, making a reservation for 2 nights /3 days and ended up staying one more / extra day as we were so amused by the service provided by the staff. To start with, we were travelling with our son of two and half years of age for the first time to the hill country and we were very particular on the view of the room, security features, etc … Sandamali from the Reservations was so helpful at the point of reservation, to clear our doubts and to ensure all been promised were delivered when we were there. The view was breathtaking which we really enjoyed and the room and the facilities were nice and clean. The restaurant staff were very prompt and attentive. My son never felt that he was with strangers as they made the environment so homely. The friendly service provided by Ruwan , Kusal and Thushara were commendable. The way they helped us with our kids food and our specific requirements made us very comfortable and relaxed. The buffet was not a massive spread , but was sufficient and yummy. The holiday was a much-needed break from our usual busy life followed by my birthday and our wedding anniversary. We are so glad that we selected Randholee a location associated with Ancient History to spend our time off in such a memorable way.
