The front desk staff was sent to accompany us to the room again (a meaningless move. They neither changed the room nor helped us dismantle the bed. So they accompanied us back and forth to count the steps?) 2. The male waiter who was sweating all over came late. When he was dismantling the mattress, he stepped on the bed sheet with one foot. The picture is proof. I was too tired to argue. I also left a message to Ctrip customer service. The room is also very small and the facilities are old, so it is really not a 5-star hotel. 3. There are cockroaches outside the restaurant from time to time. The buffet looks rich but tastes bad. It is not as good as the previous stop, Bangladesh. I came back and stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Colombo and realized that the kitchen of this hotel is not good.
