Echor Mandara Tree Villa is beautiful; This is a quaint boutique hotel that exceeded my expectations. The cozy room was seriously so calming, and the breathtaking views from the balcony were absolutely divine. The staff’s genuine care and warmth made the stay truly memorable. Special thanks Mr. Pankaj, who went above and beyond to assist us, even helping us get a credit note despite the hotel's non-refundable policy when our trip was initially canceled. The staff was so warm, Nitin, Munish, Manjeet and I wish I remembered names of everyone present. The attention to detail was exceptional—from small touches like offering ajwain and fennel seed-infused water after dinner to going the extra mile with same-day laundry service. The atmosphere was cozy, warm, and safe, making the place feel more like home than a hotel. I can't recommend Mandara tree Villa enough and would love to return for another peaceful and divine experience.

Mandara Tree Villa is a decent hotel with a good view of the valley. The service level definitely needs to improve. The in room dining lunch came without bowls. On being asked the reason, the staff person mentioned that he forgot to get the bowls. When we asked for tea accampaniments, we were told the tea bags are provided by the housekeeping and not by Food and Beverage. As guests on a holiday, one really does not need to know the department segregation of the hotel services, needless to mention that it came after waiting a while. The play area had activities for the kids but the parts of some games were broken, for e.g darts. Overall an ok stay without being special which we had hoped for given the previous reviews.

Wonderful & Excellent experience . The Best Hotel, I have visited so far it was such a wonderful & luxury stay With Mandara tree Villa. The ambience, the hygiene, the food, the staff up to the mark I highly recommend people to must visit here The entire team of Mandara tree Villa Was so gentle and kind, and moreover, so helpful. A special mention to Pankaj who helped us tremendously in our entire stay with them.

Pathetic experience at the MONK restaurant. I was there for a family dinner last night, a group of 11. All was good, untill we used the washrooms. Surprisingly no soap was there in the male washroom, and was not refilled that too on repeated requests, which were made by the male members who used the washroom. Males were forced to wash in Female washrooms or were asked to go up two floors to use the lobby washroom. Pankaj is the most customer unfriendly Manager that I have interacted in a long while. He won't meet or talk, when we insisted to talk to him, he spoke arrogantly, rudely and seemed to be boozing with his friends(talking in the background). 0 Stars for service and customer friendliness, think twice before stepping into this place.

Our stay at Exhor Mandara was just amazing experience. Excellent views / Great stay/ friendly staff and tasty food. Special mention to Prince Thakur ensuring our stay and local travel suggestions. Overall one of the best travel experiences 😊

Our stay was amazing, the staff was always ready to satisfy our request, the property had an amazing view and also the room was breathtaking. We would have loved to try the spa because it seemed really nice, but unfortunately we stayed only for one night. For sure we will come back.

The Best Hotel, I have visited so far My God, it was such a wonderful stay With Mandara tree Villa. The ambience, the hygiene, the food, the staff and what not I am literally falling short of words to express my experience In words here I highly recommend people to must visit here The entire team of Mandara tree Villa Was so gentle and kind, and moreover, so helpful. Anybody who is looking forward to visit here shouldn't give a second thought to it.

A lovely villa nestled in the Kangra Valley with an excellent view of the Himalayas to the north. It felt like you were walking on the clouds. The rooms were extremely comfortable and spacious. The service was superb and we were well taken care of. A special mention to Pankaj who helped us tremendously, not only during but before and after our stay. The restaurant had a big open area outside where one could have breakfast while enjoying the beautiful view from there. The breakfast buffet was good. We had a warm and homely stay in this wonderful villa.

It was a great experience. The location of the hotel is perfect for quiet getaways. The staff is really courteous. View from the room is really nice as like the amenities in it. I also requested them for a special surprise decoration and a cake for my wife's birthday which they did so beautifully. I would definitely recommend this place for couples and families specially who want to spend some quality time together.
