My stay at the Quality Inn was truly memorable! The hotel's warm hospitality and stunning mountain views made me feel right at home. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Food was amazing but service was not so good but its ok and hotel interior was very nice. I highly recommend Quality Inn to anyone seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating stay in the heart of the Himalayas.

The location of the hotel is not very convenient and the facilities are extremely poor. The staff wasn't really helpful. The breakfast menu was disappointing with no healthy food options rather the food quality was very bad. The linen was very dirty and used, and wasn't changed properly after requesting. The hotel didn't had warm water supply which shows the property didn't had functional geiser. Overall extremely disappointing and bad customer experience wouldn't recommend anyone. The price is not justifying to their service. Not even a 3 star property

Although the rooms are great and clean, the mountain view rooms doesn’t have mountain view anymore. You will have to step out into balcony to see the mountains. Breakfast/restaurant - service is very slow, we had our dinner one day and it took them more than one hour to serve our food and our food items were also very less. However taste was good. Breakfast has limited items only

Our stay at quality inn was damn amazing. The location of the hotel is really good. Infrastructure, amenities and hotel services were great the staff was really cooperative. The best part of my stay was the food they offer. It was damn delicious, freshly cooked and wisely served.

States with family for a night and i would say the staff and property is very good. It's premium property and you can feel it stating from room till bathroom. Only caveat is there is not awesome view point esp during summers. But i hope in snowtime it will be awesome. Bhagsunath was dried by april thus this place should demands discounts.

The only positive about this stay was the clean hotel rooms. I also know that we can get limited customisation due to the requirement of jain food but the quality of food was pathetic, we ordered dinner (paid) on 8th march, except for dal and rice, papad everything was c- grade quality, and to our surprise there was no buffet breakfast next day( included ) we were provided with only 2 option that was poha and paratha upon much insisting they agreed for idli then came the shock, the food quality was again c- grade, the milk i ordered for the kid was thinner then the water, idli was made but without sambhar and taste was pathetic. We ate only 3 pieces of toast and watermelon juice. That's what came in included breakfast. Moreover, i was told that the chef is not there so nothing can be done except they are sorry.
