I visited moo-is residency after checking all the positive reviews in makemytrip. The hotel is located at prime location. Upon arriving at the hotel at around 8pm, we found there is no reception personnel to attend us. We waited for 20-25 minutes for someone to attend us. We were allocated room no. 301 (deluxe room. The bathroom was not clean, the towels that was kept in the bathroom had hair stands on them which means they were not washed properly. There were cobwebs above the mirrors, the ac threw hot air in middle of night, the fan makes some weird sound as if it will fall over the head. Overall, my experience was not good and would never stay in this hotel again.

Hoe l ambiance is good and fresh. Underground parking. Very near to kannur centre and ksrtc bus stand. Staff response is good. Neat rooms & toilet facility is also good. Hot water available. Size of the room is enough. No restaurant with this property. Overall good for family stay.

It was a good residency. With nice ambience and facilities. They all are well maintained and clean. Its worth for this price. The air conditioning needs little improvement.

The hotel was pretty spacious, the bathroom was really clean and the staff was pretty friendly. But the location didn't have much restaurants nearby.

There is no shampoo or soap. We have to brought it
