Room service was very good. Staff was polite and prompt. Cleanliness was was also good. Mr abhay singh at reception was very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent as food street and metro station are few at steps. Maintanence and upgrade of hotel seems overdue, shows omers reluctant in this.

Location is easily available as the property is just at the side of chat churaha, swaroop nagar kanpur. The behavior of staff members is also very good.

Very rude staff, bathrooms are dirty, flush of wc not working, refrigerator not working, room is full of cockroaches and mosquitoes, floors and furniture dirty. Not even a single star hotel, fooled to stay here. Worst experience with this stay with mmt booking. Ac not working properly

In room tv is not working from check-in to check out. Hotel payment card machine is not working and they insisted cash payment for extra. Intercom not working properly.
