Good hotel, the best I have been in India. Just take care bathrooms without paper for cleaning and few shampoo. Has an excelente restaurant underground, all kind of food.

Worst hotel I have ever visited, no water no breakfast, I booked with breakfast but the hotel could not provide it in the morning, it is better to avoid this property it charged 3500 for one night, this is not worth, we were returning from paryagraj

Very unorganised place , we were coming back from mahakumbh and we stayed for a night , there was no hot water after so many requests and complementary breakfast was also not available, they charged 3500 for a night which in my opinion was very high , so guys please be careful

Very good service overall. Stay was good everything was clean and tidy room service like food and help is quite great and they were co operative bathroom is also clean and the soap and shampoo were available and hot water supply is also there . I would recommend this hotel

Best experience i had in kanpur. Staff was good, except their is no extension and understanding for checkout time else rest is good.

Stay was good, staff was very good, location was fine. No issues in staying but yes they should have a seperate kitchen for the hotel i stayed there twice. Earlier i had an issue with shower and this time i had and issue with the geyser. Otherwise recommended option in Kanpur.

They had no arrangements in place there was no water bottle
there was no tea coffee kettel and neither sachets of anything
there was no phone for calling receotion or room service, phone was there no wire
there were mosquitos
there was no hot water. They had geyser but not working. No images were clicked. I we were so upset, we had my old mother with us. She could not sleep well
