Mixed bag, so I’ll go with pros and cons. Pros: Friendly and polite staff Check in easy Rooms clean and well appointed Location great Cons: Breakfast is dire, barely passable Car parking/valet service expensive and a shambles Food (evenings) forget it, menu is basically snacks from a fridge or microwaved types I wanted to like it better, but they’re getting very basic things wrong which is a shame.

Called the front desk three times asking for more towels. They never came or apologized. Finally found towels on a cart in the hall. They overcharged for parking and promised to return my phone call in a half hour which never happened. Just has to eat the $70 charge. Beds all sagged in the middle. Unfortunate that service was so bad because the hotel itself was clean and updated.

the front desk and valet parking employees were EXCELLENT. However the employees who help prepare breakfast were not friendly at all, I would say down right rude. I ask a couple of questions about condiments and drinks, neither lady answered, but just pointed for me in another direction. A smile can go a long way with a guess
