The Hampton Inn Kansas City Southeast is a clean, good value hotel on the outskirts of Kansas City. Upon arrival, the clean exterior and sophisticated lobby design caught my eye. to the manager
When I asked, they said it was a new hotel that opened in August 2022. The meticulous service of preparing chocolate cookies at the check-in table so that guests can use them as much as they want was nice, and the breakfast with bacon was delicious. It will be remembered as a very satisfactory hotel.

Hotel appeared to be very new. Extremely clean and well-kept. The breakfast was the usual eggs, soggy bacon (not crispy), biscuits, cereal, etc that all Hamptons and most other chains typically serve, but the hotel quality and the service was top notch!

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was great, eggwhite omlettes, bacon, potatoes, waffles. The employees were so kind, friendly and helpful. One, I think her name was Jackie, was from the same hometown as I was. She gave us suggestions of places to visit and eat at. My car broke down as we were leaving on Sunday and the front desk help was great with that also. They let us relax in the lobby, on the patio and offered support while I was trying to figure out how to get back across the state to Hannibal.
The hotel was so nice and clean and we felt really comfortable and safe. Will stay again.

This hotel is out of the hustle and bustle of the city. We had to drive a ways to get good food. No good running hot water in the shower. Plus the beds were very hard, uncomfortable to sleep on. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel
