We stayed as a family of five and were very happy here. Our three children had a bed each in the second room so no one had to sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge. There was a lovely spacious living room / kitchenette that made cooking and eating together very enjoyable. The supermarket in town is great with a huge selection and only a 5 minute walk away. The ski locker was fine with plenty of space for multiple families to don boots etc. There is a great sauna that was very welcome after a good days skiing. The bus to the main ski area is an easy 2 minute walk. You can walk to Kaprun centre in ski boots in perhaps 10minutes. The apartment was cleaned and prepared every day. Staff all super friendly and super helpful. There was a balcony on two side of the apartment with lovely views, although on this trip it was more useful as an outside beer chiller. Fab place. Would recommend.

The rooms are very comfortable, the suite was large and convenient and very clean, they have good and enough parking area, the amenities are complete and everything you need you can find as apartment, just I didn’t like their deposit policy by bank transfer despite they have all credit cards are accepted in their physical machine , so I prefer they took the deposit by credit card instead of asking bank transfer ! Also their check out are 10:00 and they were serious to let us leave on this time , even I asked for delay of 1 hour , they said it is not possible, the cleaners daily hide the used cups or bowls instead of cleaning them , I don’t know what is the purpose to do that , anyway our vacation holiday was successful, I recommend this nice apartment . Thanks
