We stayed two nights in Karaganda at the Hotel Senator and had a great time. This is a modern, mostly business-oriented hotel (Karaganda not being a touristy city) but it is outstanding. It is very nicely and stylishly appointed with a nice lobby and restaurant area and very nice, large, comfortable rooms with large windows. The entire place is extremely clean and well maintained. It is very well -run, with staff who are attentive, friendly, and helpful, but very professional. The one running the reception and one at the restaurant spoke excellent English. The rooms came with breakfast, which was outstanding. The menu includes a choice from different set breakfasts - Russian, "American," "French," etc. We tried both the Russian and American and both were outstanding. The American was not really what we would think of as a traditional American breakfast but had it scrambled eggs, toast and mini American-style pancakes. The Russian breakfast included outstanding sirniki, blini, and kasha. The location is excellent in the city centre. It is easy to get to the hotel when driving in, and easy to get out of the city quickly, yet its central location makes it very walkable for the city centre, with many important local sites and places to at or drink within pleasant walk, the streets being fairly quiet and lined with trees.

For such a remote location this has to be one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Obviously very modern so the accommodation is of a high standard, but it is the staff who made this such a pleasant stay for us. This started from the outset when reception staff were happy to change the room which had been allocated, continued to the outstanding evening meal served in the restaurant (which was extremely good value), then on to the ease of arranging an early breakfast "to go" the next morning at 4.30am and finally with the housekeeping staff rescuing my coat and fleece which I had left behind in the room. This has to be the preferred place to stay if your travels take you to Karaganda, and we cannot recommend it too highly.

Здравствуйте, проживала у вас в отеле , что с вашими полотенцами? Мне кажется их уже давно пора поменять. Почему в номере холодно? Почему пахнет канализация? Цена не соответствует качеству. Поймите меня как пользователя, плачу достойные деньги хотелось бы и с комфортом жить !

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. all at the highest level. beautiful hotel in the city center, excellent clean and comfortable rooms. excellent service in the restaurant, very tasty food. Separately, I would like to note the work of the girls at the reception, all the staff are very responsive, smiling, who know their job very well! thank you all very much! We will only be staying with you from now on!!

I want to admit, that it’s the best hotel in town. It’s new and it’s so comfortable for long-stay. Definitely not last time in Senator Hotel! Staff is really polite & professional. Truly recommend👏🏻

I like this hotel a lot. Room was clean and had all necessary items: toiletries, slippers, bath robe. The AC worked perfectly with outside temperature 38 degrees C. The staff was very professional. The food at Balcony restaurant was perfect! I will cone back one day....

Всем добрый день. На выходных первый раз побывал в этом заведении. Очень хороший ресторан, обслуживание на высшем уровне, не нужно часами ждать официанта, уютная атмосфера, по кухне тоже все очень понравилось, приду ещё и не раз!
