Excellent service by the staff and good location

Rides were not fully functional, pool was not much clean, taps in bathroom were not in good condition. No one at reception. Lack of lights outside the cottage building.

Excellent stay for relaxation and enjoyments

Completely worthless. Even no maintenance and dust everywhere. Swimming pool not work and construction is old. Room is in very bad condition and u have to walk a lot to reach room. No proper street light in night. Resort is not worth for rupees 100 but i spend this type of things.

Hotel raj cottage is a decent place to stay with friends and family. The property is just outer of karjat on the highway. It has a nice pool, some water slides and rain dance provision. The food is also nice and homely ( less oily and medium spicy) and it serves vegetarian dishes. Staff is very humble and cooperative. If hotel mgmt puts a little more effort to maintain it well it can really add more guests on its list. Overall reasonably priced with a very good service staff. The resort is located right on the panvel highway and also has pretty good restaurants outside which gives good and varied eating options if one doesn't want to stick with the resorts eating options.

The place is conveniently located close to the city and at the same time is within the natural greenery.The service is good and the staff is friendly always available at your service . The rooms are clean and spacious and offer a great view of the mountains ranges…..over all a good place for short weekends

Stay was okay. They have only latch locks on door. No upper door lock, nor any kadi. Though they claim it's double lock, we were concerned as only two girls were staying.

The staff working there is very hardworking. The room was ok. The bathroom fittings were broken. Our room was on top of a hill and climbing stairs to reach there was not what we expected on a vacation.
