Sometimes I ask myself: why happens this to me? I am booking an Ibis Styles hotel but getting the comfort of a five star one? What is wrong with these booking categories? Let me be clear and precise. Despite of the fact that the design will not win an award (carpet, interior in the rooms, the colors), this hotel convinced me in terms of cozy beds, cleanness, silence, sound-insulation and breakfast. As said: design â well â there are always two guilty guys: the one who designed and the other one who bought it. Nevertheless, I want to sleep and have a good breakfast and both was fulfilled on a high standard. Beds were cozy and comfortable, the room spacious, the bathroom separated between toilet and shower (which is not a bad choice). A well working rain shower system was just another example for even more luxury hotels which do not cover that. The breakfast in the morning: marvelous! The staff to be mentioned first: friendly, helpful and very attentive to keep the breakfast area and buffet clean. A well working coffee machine and on top: a self-brewing coffee service was also available â fancy. The quality and quantity of the buffet compared to its price: outstanding. I ate worse for more money at higher qualified hotels! It is ridiculous! This hotel deserves an excellent review and my personal marketing. Well done! We strongly recommend this place for sure!

Great night's sleep in a room facing the main road followed by a hearty breakfast in the hotel restaurant staffed by very helpful employees. The bistro next door is superb (try the steak). The staff at the hotel went above and beyond when I told them I'd left my sunnies in the room. They duly packed them up and sent them onto me, which was outstanding. Ettlingen is also a perfectly charming town in its own right. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is closely located to the Messe Karlsruhe and easily accessible by public transportation. The look and feel of the hotel is modern in overall and is nicely done (floral-themed), the rooms clean and nicely furnished. Overall nice stay. However, two things we werenât pleased about and also heard other people complain about: This hotel is not accepting any cash but cards only. For guests from abroad, even small bills needed to be paid with card and commission usually apply for each transaction. Totally get the thinking of the cards-only policy but it definitely is not guests-friendly at all. The other thing is that we forgot to bring our travel adapter. Not the first time but in all previous hotel, we have also been able to borrow one from the reception. From a hotel which is located closest to a venue like the Messe Karlsruhe and with almost 160 rooms, we wouldâve expected that they are prepared with a few travel adapter. Fact is: they have not a single one. As said: overall nice stay and we would probably book again, if weâre going to visit the Messe Karlsruhe but otherwise, we would definitely look for another hotel.

Reception, reception and restaurant looks pretty! Price of the room was also fine. But the room was dirt. Hair on bed and sanitary was not well cleaned. We received a new room offered, but that had the same problem. The next room too, but we just accepted it because it was late. The reason for three stars is for the lady that helped us and it also found it super annoying. That very friendly and guest-oriented lady! Only the hotel must have arranged the base of a hotel!

We were from Friday to Sunday for a concert in Karlsruhe and had little rights to a hotel.
First of all the good: breakfast was good and we were welcomed friendly. However, our room was a conception: lubricant walls and a wooden ceiling decorated by floors. The bathroom was clean and the mattresses were good, so we stayed, especially as most hotels were booked. The condition of the room was known, we were informed. Very bad, because we had booked very early.

This is a classic hotel, very basic! However, it offers actually exactly we need for a pleasant stay! My room offers even a small kitchen, so if you plan to stay for a longer time we can even cook yourself. Breakfast is also good but unfortunately I had only normal cafe (no cappuccino).

Sehr schönes Hotel, super modern. Beim Check in dauerte es sehr lange, die Schlange war schon ziemlich lang bis endlich mal eine zweite Person an die Rezeption kam. SpĂ€ter am Abend haben wir uns unten eine Flasche Wasser gekauft - 6 Euro fĂŒr 1 Liter stilles Wasser sorry ist einfach zu teuer - sind damit dann aufs Zimmer und mussten feststellen, dass es nicht mal GlĂ€ser auf dem Zimmer gab. Also zwei GlĂ€ser gehören meiner Meinung nach zur Grundausstattung und eine Flasche Wasser auch.

The location is very good, because not in the city but also not too far from the city. The cinema is also not far. Breakfast is sufficient and for everyone there. Rooms are beautiful and well equipped, but unfortunately there is no closet where you can eventually stack the bag. But is actually no problem, there is a clothes or something like clothes. The bathroom offers a furnace, hygiene bag, towels and shampoo with shower gel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are enough parking facilities next to the hotel and nearby.

Every time we pass through Karlsruhe we stay here - the atmosphere is great, staff are wonderful, breakfast is included and many other perks for free (that other hotels have since long stopped providing), fantastic rooms, and even jogging route suggestions. And then the location - so central, easy parking and great shopping, walks and eating possibilities just on your doorstep. Warmly recommended!

GGuest UserEin sehr schöner Aufenthalt fĂŒr Wellness und Erholung. Sauna Erlebnis und Badelandschaft sehr gut. Die Peelingâs und GetrĂ€nke runden das ganze Erlebnis ab . Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck und Abendessen ist sehr lecker. Die Auswahl beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck ist sehr VielfĂ€ltig. Die S-Bahn stellt keine LĂ€rmbelĂ€stigung dar. Personal war zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Wenn man sich erholen möchte und ein erholsames Wellness Erlebnis sucht ist es hier perfekt. Qualitativ gut und sauber.

QQINNice hotel, good environment and convenient transportation. Next to the train station and the zoo. Walk to the Royal Palace and Constitution Square. The layout of the palace is similar to the Schönbrunn Palace in Vienna, and the scenery is not too good. The Constitution Square is very distinctive. Booked a single room, only a 1 meter small bed, enough for business trips, facilities are traditional German hotels, sparrows are small and complete. The hotel is very historic and a traditional elevator is featured. The hotel is large, the room is quite a lot, the breakfast seems to be simpler, the place to eat breakfast is also very small, I don't know if the guest is not open. Only a group of business Koreans are eating, the cups are messy, and no one is sorting out in time. The restaurant only sees a waiter.

GGuest UserThe hotel makes a good impression optically, the rooms are also modernly furnished and clean. The bed was comfortable, the hotel is located near the centre, overall quiet at the end of the pedestrian zone, however near school. We had a guest for 2 nights on Christmas Day. Check-in was okay, the âserviceâ but relatively disgustless. Over the holidays the location of the hotel was visually visible, the breakfast offer as well. That on the 1st holiday instead of the ordered eggs with bacon a watery, The 2nd day was also unsuccessful, the staff said there were no eggs in the kitchen. Requiring the full price of almost EUR 17 per day for a very limited offer is no longer limitable. There is also no help with the free use of the mini bar (water and beer). Despite late check out (on holidays until 14:00), our guest became the 2nd. A holiday is required from the room at 12 p.m. at least for holidays for us no option for future guest accommodation. Unfortunately, our guest was not able to express the criticism on the ground because there was no person at the reception - despite 2 hours of waiting in the lobby on the day of departure.

(03.07.3023 18:00 Arrival) Your professionalism, friendliness and devotion have made my stay an exceptional experience. From the beginning, I fell up with their warm greeting and positive broadcast. She has always sought to meet my concerns and needs. Whatever the check-in, booking additional services or recommendations for local attractions, she has always been extremely helpful and competent. The receptionist also showed a remarkable organizational talent. She managed to handle the requests of several guests at the same time, always maintaining a quiet and professional treatment. No matter how stressful it was behind the treasure, she always kept her positive attitude and made the impression that she was personally careful of every guest. In addition, the receptionist was always premature and emotional. She took time to listen to my questions and concerns patiently and give me the feeling that my wellbeing was the highest priority for her. Your service was always characterized by a personal note that made my stay even more pleasant. In general, I would like to praise the hotel receptionist for her extraordinary performance and her excellent skills. She is a valuable staff member who enrichs the Hotel Angel by her professionalism, hospitality and awareness. I can recommend them warmly and look forward to my next stay in this hotel, where I can be sure I will meet again at a so qualified and warm reception.

vom 07.10. Donnerstag bis Sonntag 10.10.2021 Aparthotel Art Ana in Karlsruhe bezahlt PREIS 265,68 + 27,-- Parken = 292,68 Apartment o. FrĂŒhstĂŒck ! 1. Nach telefonischer, vorheriger Nachfrage (13h am Anreisetag) ab wann man einchecken kann erhielten wir die Aussage: gegen 14 h sei unser Apartment fertig und einzugsbereit. Um 14.15 h erreichten wir dann das Apartment-Hotel (Rezeption). Beim Check-In sollten wir direkt bezahlen, was wir schon sehr befremdlich und ungewöhnlich fanden, aber erledigten, da es ansonsten ja keinen ApartmentschlĂŒssel gab. Dann bekamen wir Apartment Nr. 15 im ersten Stock (GebĂ€ude im Hinterhof), Balkon nach hinten GrĂŒn und rĂŒhig wie bestellt. Das Apartment war total ĂŒberhitzt, so dass wir die Fenster öffneten. Der Balkon hatte lediglich nur 1 Sitzgelegenheit fĂŒr Paar unpassend und alles waren voller Laub geschweige gereinigt. Die KĂŒchenzeile war staubig, 1 Glas war noch schmutzig in der SpĂŒle und Fernbedienung TV nicht steril eingepackt (Coronaregeln). Wo war hier die ĂberprĂŒfung und Endkontrolle zur Apartmentabgabe an den Gast? Ich habe doch extra angerufen â wann alles fertig ist! Somit reklamierte ich das 1ste mal an der Rezeption und wir verliessen erstmal das Hotel. Als wir so gegen 19 h in unserer Apartment zurĂŒckkamen, war es dort wie in einer Sauna! Mein Mann wollte Nachrichten schauen, was allerdings nicht ging â kein Signal und auch kein W-Lan. Also hat er alle Steckverbindungen ĂŒberprĂŒft Nichts. Eine Bedienungsanleitung/Beschreibung gab es keine auf unserem Zimmer! Also wieder Reklamation an der Rezeption, die Dame meinte sie habe auch keine Ahnung und kann nicht helfen. Mein Mann hat alles versucht und war zwischenzeitlich 3 x an der Rezeption und nichts passierte! 2. Die Dame war nun genervt und es hieĂ wir könnten ja umziehen, falls dort der Fernseher funktioniert und die Heizungs-Klimaanlage funktioniert. Nun sollten wir erstmal in Apartment 21, 2 Stock mittlerweile war es nach 20 h und die Dame hatte nun Feierabend. Also packten wir nun erstmal alles wieder ein und zogen 1 Stockwerk höher. Was man uns allerdings nicht gesagt hatte war: Das es ein viel kleineres, Ă€lteres, abgewohnteres Apartment, welches nicht der gebuchten Kategorie entsprach. Das Bett war nur fĂŒr 1 Person bezogen, also holten wir aus dem anderen Apartment 15 unser Bettzeug. Es gab nun ein Bad ohne Ablagen, Fenster zum Hotel Eden, wie auf dem PrĂ€sentierteller â keine Sichtschutzfolie, kein Rollo, keine Gardine und kein rĂŒhiges Zimmer, Lage zur Tiefgaragen und Parkplatzeinfahrt und gegenĂŒber befand sich auch noch 1 Baukran nebst Baustelle. Eine spartanisch eingerichtete und stark abgewohnte KĂŒchenzeile ohne Mikrowelle, die fĂŒr ein Appartment 2 Pers. FrĂŒhstĂŒck etc. total unbrauchbar war. Im Zimmer gab es 1 kl. Tisch und lediglich 1 Stuhl! Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank lediglich im Eingang ein Paar Haken, lediglich 1 Schrank mit FĂ€chern gab es. From North it is not reported, you could go out to the front service station, cross the motorway and access the other autogrill; in fact, TomTom and Google Maps are also uncertain, Given the address they leave several km later and then take the motorway in the opposite direction. For the reception you need to enter the front autogrill, the entrance doors are only open with a magnetic card; breakfast is in autogrill, with good release at the reception. Decent room as size, small but clean and sufficient bathroom, anti-shooting soap and phones available, free WiFi. Price: a little expensive considering category and type of service
