Her hafta konaklama yapmış olduğum Grand ani hotel ilk kapıdan girince baslayan güler yüz ve hizmet kendinizi sanki evinize girmiş gibi hissettiriyor.Basta otel müdürü Cem bey olmak üzere resepsiyonda calksan Aytaç, İrem ve Begüm hanıma ayrıca sürekli güler yüzüyle cay kahve icirmeye calisan Rojin e ve tüm otel personeline güler yüz ve hizmetleri için teşekkür ederim. Das Grand Ani Hotel in Kars ist ein sehr sauberes und schön dekoriertes Hotel, geräumiges Zimmer mit komfortablen Betten, wohliges Bad, üppigem Frühstück, zentraler Lage und sehr zuvorkommendem und freundlichem Personal. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Otel personeli hizmeti olarak çok iyi odalar temiz kahvaltısı mükemmel fiyat olarak mükemmel odaları istediğiniz her gün temizlik ve bakım yapılıyor. Biz aile olarak çok memnun kaldık. Emeği geçenlerden Allah razı olsun. Odalarda televizyon ve klima var.

Ekip olarak kahvaltıya gittik . Hijyen açısından mükemmeldi . Çeşitlilik olarak çok fazlaydı . Sucukları nereden temin etmişler çok merak ediyorum :) çok lezzetliydi . Bütün ekip beğendik . Otelde çalışan herkes güler yüzlüydü. Bundan sonraki toplantılarımız için konumumuz belli .

Everything was great. we checked into a family room which was very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to the hotel staff for their politeness and care for the visitors. This was our best overnight stop.)

We had a terrible stay at Grand Ani Hotel. I read the comments prior to my stay and they were positive but I have to admit it was not the case at all for us. 1st night, we arrived late. They put us in a room that had a terrible smell of cigarettes everywhere. The hot water in the shower was not working. We had only a blanket for 2. We called the reception, they told us someone will go up to take care of this, no one came. The day after, I went to the reception to change room. They put us in a room that was way smaller compared to what we booked. The bed was smaller too. The shower had no curtains and we simply flooded the bathroom when we took a shower. They forget to change our room number and in the middle of the night a hotel employee CAME INTO OUR ROOM with another client because they checked him in into our room!! The last day I went for checkout and I told all of this to the manager. They told me they would reimburse me the two nights. This was a complete lie, I was fully billed. I complained to *******, they contacted the hotel who told them that "According to them, there was no problem during my stay and they never agreed to anything" I never had such a bad experience :(

Odalar son derce konforlu, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Nereye gezebileceğimiz konusunda yardımcı oldular. Sarıkamış otobüsü de otelin önünden geçmekte. Ani otobüsünün geçtiği durak 7 dk mesafede. Konum olarak çok rahat ettik. Keyifli bir konaklama gerçekleştirdik
