As said, flush not working in bathroom, was stinky, there was no room service as they didn't clean even once throughout the stay, no ventilation, ac went off regularly and have to chase to let them back on. No food for first day. Altogether very bad experience

Hotel is located in peaceful place. Service and staff was excellent. Manager behavior was excellent ans politely.

Hotel is incomplete for the stay as per the following details. No availability of the credit card transaction. Quality of hand wash was not good. Service person was not having standard for the hygiene. Rooms were not air ventilated although exhaust was working.

Hotel location is good. On the road of main city faizabad sultanpur higway. . Hotel staff's behaviour is good. Food is good. Rooms are good and clean. Hotel staff and room service is good and in time.
