Room was clean. Only bad thing is I have to pay for air-conditioner. The hotel should mention in trip.com if there's any additional charge.

Stayed for a few days, looks like this hotel just had a renovation ( everything) is new and clean
The staff was very help full and friendly
The room which i stayed in was perfectly clean and new bedsheets and towels were provided it also had a balcony;)
City centre is like 35 min walking and by car/bike 10min.
Will definitely book this hotel again when i visit Kathmandu.

The hotel is a bit far from Boudhanath Stupa.
