Wow great location in town, delicious food, smile face of all staffs. Maharaj one of the best view restaurant which is in top of the hotel. We can enjoy our food with families with swayambhu & mountain range view. Swimming pool next to hotel for kids & adult. Clean hotel with lots of arts hanging in wall. We will come back for sure 😊😊

Very nice hotel with plenty of amenities. Staff is respectful. Food is also good. I will definitely come again. My family had a great time. They have a very nice pool also. I liked the live music while eating dinner. People at the lobby are also very friendly and accommodating

I absolutely love this hotel. I had visited it 20 years ago and I had an awesome experience. I was not sure how it was going to go this time. Upon arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff. Check in was straightforward. Our room was clean and had a small refrigerator. There were plenty of towels and other amenities. Since we were out and about during the day, It was a blessing to have room service. I was very happy. The food tasted still as great as it used to …20 years ago. It’s very difficult to find a hotel with great customer service because everyone is so focused on making money that customer service has been forgotten. I was happy that they still maintain their standard of service. Great job!!!!

I visited this hotel from California. I did not know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised with the service if the employees. It was great to have room service and order food when we did not want to go to the restaurant. The food tested very authentic. I loved Daal Makhani, chicken rogan josh and paneer tikka. I was happy with everything . if you’re traveling with family, this is a perfect spot to be at.

If you’re looking for a place to stay where people genuinely care about you , this is a perfect hotel. I absolutely love the staff. Right from check in, you will feel like everyone cares about you and, they want to provide you with a memorable experience. The rooms are clean and put together nicely. Breakfast is absolutely incredible. Live music at night is an added bonus. If you’re traveling with children, you can never go wrong staying here. Thankfully, this hotel is away from all the pollution and hustle and bustle of the dirty centralized locations in Kathmandu. The idea of a vacation is to be able to relax and this hotel provides exactly that. Extremely pleased with my stay. You can never go wrong staying here. I got more than the value for my money.

This is a very nice hotel because it’s very clean. The staff is amazing. The food is excellent. I will recommend this hotel . They also have a banquet all if you want to have an event. they have parking outside also. The breakfast is Indian and you can also get American breakfast. I loved everything about this hotel

Thank you grand hotel for your service, reception person was so kind. They provide me good service & good view room. I will back after 3 month in same hotel, food in restaurant was wow. Maharaja one of the best resting top of the hotel, where we can see Kathmandu city view & swayambhu Nath temple.

We was this month in Grand hotel, service was good comparison with rate. We were with family which was fun, room was specious & food in restaurant was great. We will definitely come back when we visit there. View from our room was great, we saw swayambhu which was great. Thank you for your service.
