We reached at 1.00am on late night, with lots of pain full journey but no welcome drinks , no one ask for any food or drinks. These types of hospitality was embarrassed to us. Wash room not clean, no hot water, room service was poor , no tea , coffee , and no drinking water.

Ambica Hotel, ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the main bazaar, offers an outstanding stay experience. The hotel’s service is exemplary, with rooms that are meticulously maintained and staff that are both attentive and responsive. I would say this is the one of the finest luxury properties of the katra region,We were there some days back only on a family trip to the holy shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi Ji.. We stayed there for 02 nights,Starting from the staff,managers and even drivers all were so polite and helpful and always ready to go extramile for comfort of there valuable guests. Would like to recommend everyone proceeding towards katra,You can undoubtedly choose this property as a best option for the stay of your family and comfort. Specially wants to mentioned front office executive Mr.Bittu Singh Thakur he is really helpful,he helped us from reservation till our checkout anything required was well taken care. This is really 5 star deserving property there in katra region one going there must try if you are looking forward to stay there in katra !! Kudos to the best team of hospitality.

Hotel Cardinal Ambica offers a prime location with very clean and spacious rooms. The service was excellent, and Mr. Jaydeep Singh was particularly polite and helpful. Despite some minor issues with Wi-Fi. Overall, it's a comfortable and highly recommended stay.

Been travelling a lot lately with family and by far for a trip that requires a lot of physical activity during Mata Vaishno Devi Yatra, this Hotel was an ultimate place to relax and calm the nerves down. Situated right in the heart of Katra with Katra Bus Stand just a couple of miles away( visit Katra bus stand market for all your Prasad or Kashmiri clothes, dry fruits related shopping needs). Commuting was really easy. The Hotel provides a drop for the Yatra till BanGanga Checkpoint. All in all, it was a comfortable stay. The staff was really welcoming as well. The Receptionists Sanjay, Jaideep and B S Thakur Restaurant Ashok & Gagan deep were at their A game catering to all our needs.

The hospitality at the hotel was truly exceptional! The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, cooperative, and familiar with the guests. The affordable price of the hotel was matched by the excellent services provided. I can't wait to return!

Nice rooms and location. Near to the market and station as well. Staff is also nice. Food quality is good.
