Location was fine But the staff behaviour totally unprofessional specially the Manager It was like he was giving favour to us to stay in the hotel Television not working On giving complain no one attended it saying signal issue Haan 😊😊 Pls avoid the hotel .

The maintenance was very poor and rooms were not clean. The shuttle was not provided for pick up and drop to railway station

During our checkin process, the person at the reception told that they will provide drop facility to banganga, but that was not provided. They even told that hot water supply will be provided whenever we asked for, but next morning they didn’t provide hot water. They promise everything during checkin but they don’t provide it. Very disappointed.

The staff was rude. The hotel does not have lifts so an elderly person would find it difficult to use stairs.
