Wieder Mal ein Traum! Hier ist von vorne bis hinten alles perfekt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wenn ich sehe wie sauber hier ALLES ist kommt bei mir Begeisterung auf! Das Essen ist vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen ein Traum, das Personal ist unglaublich bemüht - es ist einfach schön hier! Wir kommen wieder💛

Mit Betreten des Hotels ist man sofort im Urlaubsfeeling. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und darum bemüht, ein besonderes Urlaubserlebnis zu schaffen. Jeder in der Familie kommt voll auf seine Kosten, insbesondere auch Rollstuhlfahrer. Angefangen bei der hervorragenden Verpflegung, den schönen Wellnessbereichen, den täglichen Handtuch-Kunstwerken des Zimmerservice bis zur abendlichen Cocktail-Beratung. Wir sind nicht zum ersten Mal und auch nicht zum letzten Mal zu Gast im wunderschönen Kaunertal.

We were visiting on motorbike and can recommend this hotel for touring the area and it is ideally situated on the the road to the Kaunertal Glacier. Its quiet location will not appeal to all but it suited us and the surrounding secenery is simply stunning, never got tired of the view from our balcony. It is a beautifully presented hotel with extremely high level of standards throughout, its 4 star rating richly deserved. Spa facilities were first class and spotlessly clean. Evening meal and breakfast choices also excellent. Nothing not to like - Exceptional

Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub. Es war alles sehr entspannt. Toller Wellness Bereich, wahnsinnig gutes Essen und sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir konnten sehr gut entspannen. Die Stimmung war immer super und es war eine tolle Atmosphäre.

zeer aangenaam verblijf - ruime kamer - haalbaar voor 4 volwassenen (1 breed bed en 1 uitgetrokken slaapbank) - uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met heel verse producten- keuze uit 4 hoofdgerechten 's avonds, ook vegetarisch - geen overdreven grote borden maar wel voldoende - soms voorgerechtenbuffet, soms dessertbuffet - zeer vriendelijk onthaal - lekkere Jause tussen 15u en 17u - zeer aangename infinitypool

Szczerze polecam ten hotel. Fajna lokalizacja dająca dużo możliwości co do miejsc do jazdy na nartach: 45 min Ischgl, 40 min Kaunertal, 30 min Serfaus/Fiss/Ladis. A wszystkie, zwłaszcza Ischgl to topowe ośrodki w Alpach. Sam hotel super czysty, bardzo dobre jedzenie, świetna obsługa, świetna strefa SPA/Wellness. W naszym okresie ciężko dosyć z miejscem parkingowym... Stosunek ceny do jakości bardzo dobry. Z czystym sumieniem polecam!

My wife and I traveled from Ireland . This was out second family visit . This time accomanied by our son, his wife and her parents. Management and staff work hard and there are many signs of excellent training. Customer facing staff seem to be geared to engage and offer assistance. Facilities on site are ample. Pool, Spa and Silent Area are relaxing particularly in view of snow filled mountains. There are nearby downhill ski options for beginners and experts. Cross country run on site is attractive and peaceful. Variety , standard and portion control of food is of a high standard. Christmas Eve Dinner was outstanding and much praise to Chef Paul and his staff. Bedrooms are modern and well furnished. We are very much looking forward to our next visit.

Zeer goed hotel. Mooie ruime en vooral heel schone kamer met goed bed. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, ‘s middags de “Mittagsjause” met koffie /thee en heerlijke gebak of zelfs hartige hapjes en iedere avond een voortreffelijk 5-gangen diner. Personeel allemaal heel vriendelijk. Het hotel heeft ook een prachtig zwembad en een heerlijke wellness. De ligging van het hotel is ideaal voor uitstapjes en prachtige wandelingen.
