Hotel Westport Kansas City, Tapestry Collection by Hilton Reviews

This hotel is in the area near where I needed to be this weekend and it was clean. I will be staying again as I will need to return to the area. I did have a mishap in that housekeeping cleaned the room but didn't make the beds. I had to leave to get to my performance venue about an hour after checking in, so I went to tell the front desk. The receptionist was very accommodating in getting someone up to my room ASAP, and they were made when I later returned. Thanks! Also, I think one of the elevators isn't working, so you might have to wait a little longer. Had I stayed longer, I would have found the stairs.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. The hotel staff (Tasha and Davin in particular) were superb.

Our entire stay was perfect. Great location. Extremely comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again and recommending to our friends and family.

The front desk person, Nichole was amazing. She was super friendly and helpful. The only item that needed attention on the property was the elevator, it is definitely aged and needs to be updated.

Great location! We would definitely stay here again. The hotel and the rooms were well designed, clean, and very modern inside. Front desk staff was great!

Great hotel. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The shower was great! Everything was very clean and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The only thing we didn't like was that there was no coffee maker in the room and they didn't have coffee available except for breakfast.

We love this location. My wife and I stay here several times a year. The staff is great, clean location, and you can't beat the Flea Market burgers right across the parking lot!

Loved the location of the hotel, we could walk to several bars & restaurants. Free parking was nice but the lot did fill up on the weekend. Staff was fabulous, super friendly and accommodating! Will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly. The guy working the kitchen was nice. We could have eaten dinner in the hotel instead of going out. Room was clean, bed was super comfortable, and the seats in the room was nice. I only wish the desk had a power outlet. But other than that, it was perfect.

The coffee was not bad it was horrendous! If you want customers to come back you should start with something as inexpensive as that.
