I used it for the first time on a business trip. Business hotel, the air was very clean☆the room was a bit poor but comfortable even though there was some smell in the non-smoking room! Amenities are also substantial (there was also cleaning) as well as air cleaners! If you don't have to be prepared, you don't need to be prepared. Above all, there was a massage cushion in the room, and it was very impressed ☆☆ I didn't use it, but there was a bath in the men and women replacement system. Free and ice making machines were available. The breakfast buffet was delicious. It was close to Kawaguchi Station and I thought I would use it again.

We stayed for 5 nights with our family. Cleaning was entered once during our stay. The staff at check-in and check-out was friendly and very good. During my stay, I was troubled by neck pain. I wanted a humidifier and a humidifier. It is painful that there is no humidifier in winter in Japan. If there is a humidifier, it is good. Very friendly reception staff. Room was clean, shared bathroom was clean although another guest had been using the cubicle as a smoke room. Room was basic but comfortable and not overly noisy. Communual bath was clean, large and relaxing. Location is very close to the station, however it is sitwd within the adult area.

Very satisfied. Although not in Tokyo, it is a 5-minute walk to the subway station. Akihabara, Nippori, Ueno, and Tokyo Station are all accessible by subway. The hotel is at the quiet west exit, and the east exit is very lively. There are shopping malls, supermarkets, and small restaurants. Breakfast is enough. The room is indeed small, but it has everything it should have. It is very clean and hygienic. It is no problem to walk barefoot. Check-in is very convenient. The machine is self-service. I don't know English and Japanese, which is no problem at all.

It was really the lowest and worst hotel with staff, manager. I went to the front desk to ask for a suitcase delivery. When I asked to cover the suitcase, I didn't know the price. So I handed over a lot of money and asked the delivery company via the front desk. Go out and return to the hotel and check the result. I forgot to send it with a cover. When I corrected it, I didn't listen to the request. Because it is caused by the change of the front desk, when I tell the person who asked the previous request immediately, I call with a sloppy attitude. I finally noticed a mistake. Still, there is no apology, and it ends in an unfair and rotten attitude. The response of Nishimura and Naritsuka is the lowest and worst. The next day, it is the same as talking to the manager. If the top is not good, all of them are rotten hotels. I will never stay again and describe this very unpleasant fact. This hotel is the worst and worst.

First of all, the customer service at the reception was very good and I thought it was good to make a reservation here. And the room was very clean and nice. It was a floor where the child slipped when spending time with socks and slippers, so I spent barefoot, but it was still beautiful. It was also within walking distance from the station and was saved.
