It is an older hotel BUT it was very clean & comfortable.

The toilet seat was completely broken off the toilet and one had to becareful when sitting down...

The owner tried to swindle me out of another $46.17. He was a cheat and a scoundrel. Do not use your credit cards there he will likely scam you on your cards. He accused me of smoking in a non- smoking room which is clearly false because I’ve been a non smoker for over 10 years. I called and filed a complaint with ******* and called the Kearney Nebraska non-emergency phone hotline. Hotel was not worth the headache.

Beds went downhill toward headboard. Furniture banged up. Not many outlets. Tv box hanging down from tv. Walk from car to doorstep was slick and snow covered. Front desk person was overly nosey. Pillows thin.

It was a nice place to stop at. Had some noisy neighbors but they quoted down early. Would recomend to stay there.

Manager woke me at 7AM to move my truck so he could feed Pigeons. Rowdy visitor to a woman's room woke me at 2AM with loud truck and LOUD music. Clean room. Will not stay again. For a few dollars more, I will go somewhere else.
