Free parking. Convenient.

Friendly, and helpful staff.The location is very good. The Real Canadian Superstore is very close by, and a Costco is right behind Superstore.. Orchard Park Mall is across the street. The rooms were very clean. The beds, well I slept like a baby on them all night. Absolutely love the beds. The showerhead in.the room we were in was very modern and I loved it. The breakfast was pretty good. You can toast your bread/waffle fancy toaster you would see in Tim Hortons or A&W.Tgey have hard boiled eggs, cereal, muffins, granola bars, yogurt, tea, coffee, apple juice, orange juice and cranberry juice. Also they have a pool and hot tub very close to the reception desk to check in or out. Only a few parking spots in front, a few on the side and the rest of the parking is located in the back. If you park on the side of White Spot parking you will get towed or ticketed.The is a cement dividers and if it snows you may not see them as they are small. Please be aware and be careful. The service staff are very helpful.

We like the convenience to everything we need, the friendly staff. There is mould in the corner of the bathtub shower. Overall we like it. We stay there whenever we go to Kelowna.

Reviews said friendly staff and they were nice to deal with. Room was comfortable. Access to area was good. Pricing was reasonable.

Over all the hotel is ok but I would recommend that they need to update the bathrooms in the rooms. The harvest gold toilet and bathtub is straight from the 70s. Common areas could use an update as well.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. I've stayed in pricier hotels in Kelowna and they had problems and my stays weren't as good as this one. It's in a good location too! I'll return. Sam

The location is excellent for shopping. The yoing girl at the front desk was super nice and friendly. Rooms were clean. The beds were older. Breaksfast needs more items but was nice to have some basics available. The eggs in the cooker were rubbery. I think the room rate should be a lesser amount then current charge, could uses some reno's, but maybe they are trying to keep the old feel of the hotel. Good space in the room and a balcony. Wont complain.

Nice, quaint hotel near Orchard Park shopping center. Easy to get to airport. Host was very friendly upon check-in. Breakfast was basic, but sufficient.

Great room and amenities for the price. The staff were friendly and accommodating. This property is next to a fire station so expect some noise.Overall great value
