Cozy room with awesome breakfast, super convenient for traveling between airport and exhibition center

Good hotel

Very ordinary, I would never stay there again. Worn out -Give it a miss!

Due to a strike, I was unable to use the prepaid accommodation on time. I was offered a free rebooking. I was happy to accept the generous offer and was able to get to know the hotel three weeks later. Although renovations were being carried out, all of the areas of the hotel that were relevant to me were available. The rooms are very quiet and fully equipped. The WiFi is fast. The TV offers a lot of channels, including foreign ones. Although there was not much activity, an excellent breakfast buffet was offered from 6 a.m. The beds were comfortable. The room was very clean. Although the hotel is close to the airport, there is hardly any noise from air traffic.

The room is big enough and everything is good The front desk staff is good but they have to pay city tax. There is a free shuttle bus to and from the airport but it costs 8 euros per person. If you are not going to the hotel from the airport, there is no transportation between the station and the hotel. It takes about 25 minutes to walk. If you are dragging luggage, it will be very difficult.

The room was not cleaned at all, the toilet was not flushed after the last person used it, and there were flies flying around in the bread for breakfast. Anyway, it was my first time in Germany. I don't want to go there again for a second time.

There are too few shuttle buses from the hotel to the airport. I waited for a long time in the cold wind. In addition, the second door was opened for no reason. I have never encountered this before.

The room was quite decent. What was disgusting was that when I arrived at the hotel at 1pm, I was told that I could check in at 3pm. Okay, I thought the room was not cleaned, but then I was told that I could check in early for 15 euros! Is this boss too late? The airport bus charges, and five hotels share a bus. Others charge 5 euros, but this hotel charges 8 euros. It doesn't matter how much money is spent, this boss is absolutely stingy to the extreme and has no regard for the guest's feelings.
