I would say this hotel exceeds the expectations, and most of luxurious hotels as well should learn something from this one. So comfortable place to be for a short stay before the flight. Helpful staff at reception, except in the morning when the Lady was ignoring me even though i was standing in front for 10 minuets for checkout, She was busy making coffee and at the same time attending guests which is not convenient for anybody i guess. Also i read that hotel guests did not need to pay airport transfer fee of 5 euro, but they still charged 10 euros from us. I like the waiting area and bar

The Hotel was decent for a layover, and the breakfast was nice. The front staff were also nice, but the room, and amenities were very basic.

The breakfast is very expensive and not many food. The machine is broken for check out and then I can’t catch the shuttle bus, but they cannot cancel the bus ticket. It is not a good experience!

close to edeka and lidl. bar is friendly. easy to go to airport by shuttlebus.

I’ve travelled a lot of places, almost all hotels would include things like tea bags, coffee bags or a coffee maker as well as a teapot, at least two bottles of water. Unfortunately they’ve got nothing…parking is 34 euros/ day or 3 euros/hour and shuttle bus service requires 5 euros every time.
