Me and family come this hotel first time and we are so happy with everything service excelent Food in Ala carte very good. Room are so nice clean and very huge . All staff are very friendly and gentle. Guest team are doing great with costumer services all time. We arrive in the morning check spouse to be 2 o’clock afternoon They give us room straight way and we are so happy with that . We spend nice time in a beautiful environment. Happy to come back this hotel again Thank you all.

Me and family we come here first time we had great holiday and fantastic time with my family. The room are so big and nice clean. Food in main Restaurant so tasty and yummy.Staff are amazing they do anything you ask for it. The most off the staff know great English. I want to big massive thank you Mr Legend Ismet he so talent and cool guy he talk to all Guest in Crystal hotel well done.

Müşteri hizmetleri çok ilgiliydi.Garsonlar ve çalışanlar güleryüzlü. Servis Bayram tatilide olda hiç aksamadı. Hakkını vermek lazım. Tek sorun münferit gelen Kalabalık Erkek grupları. Eşiniz veya kız arkadaşınız varsa problem. Onun haricinde hakkını yememek lazım. Teşekkürler!

Отдыхали в Кристалл Де Люкс в июле 2024 года. Прекрасный отель, удобное месторасположение в центре Кемера, очень отзывчивый персонал. Кухня хорошая, всего хватает. В отеле чисто, номера хорошие. Нам достался номер Султан Фэмили, состоящий из трёх комнат. Вид во двор. Уборка и пополнение мини бара регулярно. Лобби бар на высоте. Бассейн есть с горками и большой.
