We had a wonderful stay last weekend at Schoon Huis Manor. Dominique was an absolute delight to deal with during the booking process, she also helped us with a dinner reservation and airport transfer bookings. Ryan was our host and a great one at that. We had early starts and late nights and he was always there to great us on arrival and departure. We found all staff to be friendly and efficient. The guesthouse itself is very unique, it's so exciting looking around each new area and room. Just beautiful. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

I chose this place because I liked the free pick-up and free breakfast. However, in fact, the last pick-up was at 11 o'clock in the evening. I arrived at the airport at 11 o'clock. I said that the pick-up at night would be charged. I am willing to pay, but I can't come to the arrival floor to pick me up. I can be at the bus station. It is well known. South Africa is naturally in a mess, and the probability of being robbed on the road at night is very high! Finally, I paid for a taxi to their hotel and found that the door was closed! The location of the hotel is very biased, there is no street light at night, the black light is blind, the driver is black, everyone is in the position to think about it, feel panic? I know that the front desk will get off work at 11 o'clock in the evening, but I have already emailed that I will land at 11 o'clock and arrive at 12 o'clock. They know it, but they still don't leave anyone. After waiting for a long time, the driver came back and opened the door. At the beginning, the driver refused to give me the door key and asked me to add 200 rand for the night stay. I don't know the cost. I didn't inform when I placed the order on Trip.com. On the second day, I took the shuttle bus to the airport and there was no time to eat breakfast. An unpleasant stay!
