Comfort Suites at Kennesaw State University

Good bang for buck and they had in room safes.

The hotel had no working ice machines, the temperature control in the gym was set at and stuck at 90 degrees, the gym equipment was broken/unusable, our room a/c was not adjustable and overall warm, and the hotel was in general disrepair

It was great customer service

Location was good. Needs updating, rooms need new flooring, smells stale and musty. No ice machines!! Staff member at front desk not friendly, only thing he told us was " if you bring any pets in it's a 250.00 fine or have any other person sleeping in your room!! I left my Yeti tumbler on front desk at check in, didn't realize until next morning, just disappeared. Would never stay here again!

Our 2nd time staying this month for Baseball and it was great. Guys at night check in are friendly. Ladies in the morning are great as well and always fill my sons cooler with ice.

The only reason it didn't get a 1 star was because the front desk staff was friendly. The room was not fully clean when we arrived. The bathtub and the toilet seat had so much hair all over when we arrived. When we asked for service the next morning, the front desk requested it but the actual cleaning staff never actually did anything and it still looked dirty. There were bugs crawling on the walls and ceilings. The hot water on the sink was nonexistent. The closet door was broken and could not close. The couch underneath had personal items belonging to a previous person, which further calls into question how these rooms are "cleaned". The pool looked like something out of a horror movie. It was in an obscure spot and uninviting. One of the keys never worked. The wifi was awful. The breakfast was awful. Literally just stay at any other hotel. We were supposed to be relaxing and instead we were stressing about how bad the hotel was. We were happy once it was check out.

Property was quiet which was needed after long days with our family. It was a smaller lobby and sitting area. The wall in our room was dirty. They did do a good job of cleaning our room.

The front desk guy was very nice and helpful. The property/rooms are dated and in desperate need of fresh plaint- multiple places with rust/chipped paint. The beds were worn with deep impressions from past use and were the smallest “queen sized” bed I’ve slept in. The walls are super thin and we heard the next door neighbors kids way late into the night. It was convenient but wouldn’t ever stay here again.
